Small Orders (0-2kg) are sent by Royal Mail 48, free of charge.

All other orders are handled by APC Next Day Delivery, free of charge.

For orders under £35.00, if you are out APC have authority to leave this item safely at your property.

For any orders delivered on a Pallet, if you are not in for first delivery attempt, there will be an extra charge for re-attempted delivery for you to pay before this will be reattempted.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds & Costs

Should any item/s be damaged in any way during transit from Grown to be Wild to your stated delivery address, please refuse to accept delivery of the entire or damaged part/s of the consignment. The carrier will automatically return the relevant item/s to us at Grown to be Wild completely free of charge. Within 48 working hours we will either replace the consignment (or the damaged part/s of it) or issue a full refund for the returned item/s. All online, mail and telephone orders are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which allow you to cancel a purchase within seven working days from day you receive your item/s.

PLEASE NOTE We reserve the right not to fund the cost of returning any/all item/s of correct orders which have been accepted, signed for and subsequently cancelled.
